Payment by credit card
You can pay at the Sarto Group using the following credit cards:
To pay by credit card, simply select the credit card payment method during the ordering process. Enter your credit card details there and confirm the order. We encrypt all entered data using secure SSL encryption, which keeps your data protected throughout the entire transaction. We generally do not store any payment data ourselves.
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. In the event of a cancellation, the amount will be credited back to your card. Here too, we can only initiate the refund of the amount. Furthermore, we cannot carry out any transactions and never see your credit card details at any time.
Payment via PayPal
To pay with PayPal, simply select the PayPal payment method during the checkout process. After completing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. There, you can log in to your existing user account or create a new one. Once you have confirmed your payment at PayPal, you will be redirected back to the Sarto Group page. There, you will have the opportunity to check or change your details, such as shipping or billing address, once more. After confirming the order on this page, your purchase is complete and the amount will be debited from your PayPal account. In the event of cancellations or refunds, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account you used to make the purchase.
We also offer the option here to pay for purchases or deposits on sales contracts for the companies dopo domani, RUBY, Herrendord, Minotti Berlin, and Poliform Berlin directly via our PayPal account. You can use your PayPal account or your credit card for this. Please coordinate the payment with your contact person at our company beforehand:
Payment by prepayment / bank transfer
If you would like to settle the invoice amount via prepayment / bank transfer, please select the prepayment option during the ordering process. Following your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email, containing our bank details for your transfer of the invoice amount. Once the invoice amount has been received, your order will be processed and dispatched immediately. Please note that a bank transfer usually takes 2-3 working days.

Payment by invoice (Klarna)
If you would like to purchase the goods via invoice, please select "Purchase on account" during the ordering process. You will be prompted to also enter your date of birth. For purchases on account, the invoice amount including any additional costs incurred for this payment method is due for payment to our external partner Klarna Bank AB on the calendar day stated in the invoice (14 calendar days or 2 months after the invoice date). The "Purchase on account" payment method is not available for all offers and requires, among other things, a successful credit check by Klarna Bank AB. If the customer is permitted to purchase on account for certain offers after a credit check, the payment is processed in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, to whom we assign our payment claim. In this case, the customer can only make payments to Klarna Bank AB with debt-discharging effect. Even with purchases on account via Klarna, we remain responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g., regarding goods, delivery time, shipping), returns, complaints, withdrawal declarations and submissions, or credits.
Installment purchase (Klarna)
If you would like to purchase the goods via installment payment, please select "Installment purchase" during the ordering process. You will be prompted to also enter your date of birth. For installment purchases, the invoice amount is due for payment in installments of 6, 12, or flexible installments to our external partner Klarna Bank AB. The "Installment purchase" payment method is not available for all offers and requires, among other things, a successful credit check by Klarna Bank AB. If the customer is permitted to purchase by installments for certain offers after a credit check, the payment is processed in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, to whom we assign our payment claim. In this case, the customer can only make payments to Klarna Bank AB with debt-discharging effect.
