Refund policy

Return shipping costs for parcels - Germany:
Parcels sent by post within Germany can be returned at any time within 30 days and, of course, are free of charge for orders over €80. For orders under €80, a return shipping fee of €4.65 will be charged (except for complaints).

Return shipping costs for parcels - EU:
We charge a flat rate of €11.90 for returning parcels by post within the EU. The costs will be offset against the refund.

Return shipping costs for Germany and the EU:
We charge a flat rate of €79 for returning goods by freight forwarder within Germany and €199 within the EU. We will, of course, coordinate the collection for you. The costs will be offset against the refund.

Returns outside the EU:
Outside the European Union, you can return the goods at your own expense and receive a refund for the value of the goods you paid for.

Return labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return shipment within Germany. For orders under €80, a return fee of €4.65 will be charged (except for complaints). The return label will be included with your shipment for parcel deliveries (excluding freight forwarding) within Germany, or you can contact us to request your DHL return label. We will, of course, coordinate the collection of freight forwarding goods for you. However, we would ask you to send us a short email to hotline@sarto-group.de before returning your goods. This will allow us to prepare your refund or, in the event of damage, contact the manufacturer or arrange for a replacement delivery.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to our warehouse immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods if the return shipment is made within Germany. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Special notes:

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly likely if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.
