BRIEFING

First, we listen carefully because we want to get to know you. You tell us your ideas and what you want. We explain our work and how we go about developing a concept that meets your requirements.

CONCEPT

The insights from the initial discussion are incorporated into a preliminary interior design concept developed by our interior designers and planners based on your ideas.

PRESENTATION

We present the developed floor plan concept and make concrete suggestions for furniture as well as color and material selection. After a detailed discussion, your desired adjustments and changes are integrated into the planning, and all selected objects, materials, and surfaces are combined into a comprehensive design.

IMPLEMENTATION

As soon as you have approved the submitted designs, we begin with the implementation. Our interior designer schedules and arranges the necessary work steps and coordinates the processes.

REALIZATION

Our team supervises the implementation of all necessary construction measures on-site, manages the delivery of furniture and fixtures, and monitors the assembly of all objects by our in-house assembly team.

KITCHENS

For the planning and furnishing of kitchens, our Poliform Berlin team is the point of contact – for all our projects and all our showrooms.

BRIEFING

Accompanied by our interior design experts, you can get a first impression of the collections in the Poliform Berlin showroom. In conversation with experienced kitchen planners, it's not just about the spatial starting conditions, but also about your specific requirements and what you expect from your future kitchen furnishings.

DESIGN

Based on the floor plan, the kitchen planners develop a first design. The installation planning is carried out according to the on-site conditions and is part of the design service.

IMPLEMENTATION

The production of all fixtures and technical equipment takes place in close consultation with kitchen planners and interior designers. Our in-house team naturally also handles delivery and on-site assembly.

In a perfect room, even the most successful detail has no impact if the lighting is not right. That's why we consider professional lighting design an important component of any good interior.

A comprehensive lighting concept distinguishes two differentiated planning categories.

BASIC LIGHTING

The design for basic lighting – the so-called architectural light – is based on the local conditions and, as part of the electrical planning, may entail structural interventions. Therefore, it is important to integrate lighting planning into the planning process at an early stage.

ATMOSPHERIC LIGHTING

Atmospheric lighting provides the atmospheric finishing touch to an interior. As an essential part of every design, it aims to perfectly showcase the qualities of details. To select both the right luminaires and the optimal light for your concept, you have a curated collection of luminaires from renowned international manufacturers to choose from.

We develop individual lighting plans for every spatial situation and offer you comprehensive professional support – from the selection of luminaires to their placement and installation.

COLOR AND MATERIAL CONCEPTS

Only through the interplay of colors and materials does the quality of an interior design become a sensual experience. And that is what good interior architecture is all about. We consider the careful selection of fabrics and surfaces for walls, furniture, and decoration to be a decisive factor for the successful implementation of a design.

COLOR and MATERIAL CONCEPT

The color and material concept we develop not only includes wall coverings, carpets, upholstery, and wallpapers, but also curtains, cushions, blankets, and bed linen. For this purpose, our in-house fabric studio offers you a unique collection of exclusive fabrics and designs to choose from.

In addition to collections from major international manufacturers, we also offer the individual production of fabrics by selected manufactories.

MANUFACTURING

After extensive consultation and selection, we handle all manufacturing steps – from custom tailoring in our sewing studio to delivery and installation by experienced decorators.

For the restoration and upholstery of antiques, we can also, upon request, rely on selected master craftsmen.
