In 1921, Bernard Albin Gras created a series of lamps for industry and its offices. The lamps were groundbreaking for their time due to their ergonomics and the simplicity of their mechanics – without screws or soldering. Above all, because of their modern design and quality, the lamps quickly became a favorite of many designers (including Le Corbusier). Given their use in factories and homes, this aesthetic has endured to this day.
