Maarten Baas' style is instantly recognizable. His playful, casual way of sketching is also reflected in this cutlery design. The idea of designing a knife with strikingly slanted teeth was the starting point for the design of the entire set.
It was created as part of a project carried out by valerie_objects in Antwerp to develop innovative approaches to cutlery design. Marten Baas' aesthetics provide the perfect proof that knives, spoons and forks do not have to look like classic silverware.

The Maarten Baas cutlery is made of brushed stainless steel. It is available in the colors copper / stainless steel / black and brass. The 24-piece cutlery set includes 6 dinner forks, 6 dinner knives, 6 tablespoons and 6 coffee spoons.
